Registered Nurse – Part-Time

Seniors Community Care is a leading provider of services tailored to meet the needs of the clients who wish to remain independently in their own home. Our organisation has a reputation for excellence in the provision of quality community care services to clients with the Southern, Eastern metropolitan and Mornington Peninsula.

Seniors Community Care is looking to appoint experienced self motivated Registered Nurses to these positions based from our Office in Somerville.

    These positions are on a permanent part-time with the normal working hours:
    7.30am – 2.00pm (6.0 hours) Fridays (weekly),
    7.30am – 11.00am (4.0 hours) Saturday (weekly or fortnightly),
    7.30am – 11.00am (4.0 hours) Sundays (weekly or fortnightly). 

      This position includes the provision of a company vehicle for the duration of work hours.

      Successful candidates will have the following:

      • Interest in community nursing
      • Sound generalist clinical nursing knowledge and wound management skills
      • Clinical assessment skills
      • Sound decision making skills
      • Excellent organisational & documentation skills
      • Great interpersonal and communication skills
      • Ability to plan, prioritise and demonstrate attention to detail
      • Ability to work autonomously in a community based setting

      All candidates must have a current Victorian Driving License, Nursing Qualification with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), a Police Record Check and a Working with Children Check.
